“The group has made a profit for the year and has net assets at 31 March 2025 of £8,144,209. In order to conclude on the appropriateness of the going concern basis, the director undertook a detailed review which included a review of trading in the financial year ended 31 March 2025 and the robust trading in the current financial period to date. The director also reviewed detailed forecasts of trading for the coming year from the date of this report including cash flows. These forecasts and projections were stress tested to assess the adequacy of liquidity headroom. The director concluded that the group has sufficient financing for the foreseeable future and concluded that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
