“The financial statements are prepared on the going concern basis. The director has reasonable expectation that the company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. At the date of signing the financial statements, updated forecasts have been prepared which shows the company having sufficient headroom to meet its liabilities as and when they fall due for a period of 12 months from the date of signing.”

- “On 29 August 2025, the Hereford site ceased operations and the property was sold by the director in a personal capacity. As the transaction was completed after the reporting date, no adjustments have been made to the amounts recognised in these financial statements in respect of the sale. Following the sale, the director introduced £1.3 million of funds into the company to reduce the overdraft. As a result, the overdraft facility has been reduced from £1.9 million to £700,000.”
