“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. After the sale of Career Teachers Limited in April 2024, the company is a subsidiary of Health Care Resourcing Group Limited and relies upon group facilities for the finances to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Based on the forecasts for the trade of the company over the next 12 months and beyond this time the Board believe that a going concern basis is correct.”
