The Financial Statements are prepared on the going concern basis because of (a) the positive outlook of the ability of the Group to generate positive cash flows, (b) no provisions for future dissolution of the entity nor any impairment of current and long term assets has been recognised in these Financial Statements, and (c) the Directors of Temenos AG have provided a letter confirming support from Temenos AG covering at least 12 months following the signing of these Financial Statements.”
