Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

“The directors have prepared a detailed model forecast to project completion incorporating the relevant terms of the PFI contract, Subcontracts and Credit Agreement and reasonably prudent economic assumptions. This forecast and associated business model, which is updated regularly, predicts that the company will remain profitable and will have sufficient cash resources to operate within the terms of the PFI contract, Subcontract and Credit Agreement. Therefore, the directors, having considered the financial position of the company and its expected future cash flows for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis. The directors confirm that they do not intend to liquidate the company or cease trading as they consider they have realistic alternatives to doing so. At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
