“The Company made a profit of £181.6m during 2025 (2024: £10.2m) and has cash reserves of £95.8m (2024: £14.4m). Net assets have decreased to £312.1m in 2025 from £419.7m in 2024 as a result of paying dividends of £287.8m compared to making a profit of £181.6m. The continued support of TBC is imperative for the continuation of the business activities of the Company. TBC has confirmed its continued support in writing which covers a period no less than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Based on the 2025 performance and financial year to date for 2026, current 2026 forecasts and business protections, our current best estimates of market demand, timing of cash receipts and expenditures, and our ability to rely on TBC for continued support, the directors are of the opinion that the Company will continue in operational existence, as a going concern, for the foreseeable future.”
