Turnover reduced slightly by 0.4% to £20.38 million (2024: £20.47 million) amid continued challenges in consumer spending and a flat reptile-keeping market. Despite this, the business demonstrated resilience through efficiency improvements and disciplined cost control.”
• “As revenue and gross profit remained relatively stable, yet administrative and overhead expenses increased throughout the year, the Board decided to implement a series of cost-cutting measures. These included reducing the Company's delivery fleet and streamlining operational headcount towards the end of the financial year.
