Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

Significant events
- “After settling into larger new state-of-the art premises in both UK and Ireland operations, 2024 provided opportunity for growth. Whilst general economic cor.ditions remained very challenging with UK continuing at the edge of recession for the second consecutive year, the combined businesses achieved a top line growth of more than £3.5m. The alignment to attractive growth sectors of Data Centres and Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure played a key role in this.”
- “The business continued to invest in latest CNC machinery and people to provide busbar solutions. The business significantly increased the volume of added value components having developed the capability to deliver 'ready to assemble kits of parts at scale for major projects in UK, Ireland and Export Markets.”
- “The year saw extreme base Copper price volatility. The year LME value started and finished at the $8,600/$8,700 per tonne level. There were significant rises in the spring, reaching a record maximum around $11,000 in May. After falling back to the £8,700 level in August it peaked again over $10,000 at the end September and fell back to the $8700 at the year end. A roller coaster driven by market speculation around the overheating US economy, the anticipation followed by disappointment in the Chinese economy, currency movements in Dollar and Yen, and unwinding of financial positions associated with forward Copper and physical flows as the spreads between the US Comex and LME became unsustainable.”
- “Margins were squeezed from cost of materials increases associated with the above market volatility and Group supplies. The business profitability was achieved through improving the mix of added value components, whilst absorbing the investmen: in the premises move, new machinery and people.”
