“The Company recorded a profit after tax of £17.6m for the year ended 31 December 2025 (2024: profit £22.7m) and the balance sheet held net assets of £81.7m at 31 December 2025 (2024: £93.8m). Having considered the Company's expected cashflows for the foreseeable future, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to meet all obligations as they fall due for a period of more than twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Also, a letter of support has been obtained from United Parcel Service Inc, the parent company, confirming that they will provide the adequate financial support necessary to permit the company to continue operating and liquidating its liabilities in the normal course of business for at least the period of twenty months from the date of signing the financial statements. Accordingly, these financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
