Its parent undertaking, Epsilon Global Communications Pte Ltd., has committed to provide continuing financial support, if required, to enable the company to meet its obligations as and when they fall due for a period to 30 June 2026. On the basis of their assessment of the company's financial position and of the enquiries made of and letter of support received from Epsilon Global Communications Pte. Ltd. covering the period to 30 June 2026, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will be able to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
