“Daktronics Inc. has confirmed via a letter of support that it will continue to provide financial and operational support to the company for at least 12 months from the date of the approval of these financial statements. Daktronics Inc. has produced forecasts that have been sensitised to reflect plausible scenarios in orders and revenue in the evolving post pandemic and global economic environments, which have been reviewed by the directors. The Daktronics Inc FY25 Financial Statements highlight the continued improvement in the company's financial and liquidity performance. The Financial statements also demonstrate the ability of Daktronics. Inc to generate profits and cash for the year ended 30 April 2025 and beyond, and that Daktronics Inc. has sufficient cash reserves to enable it to meet its obligations as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. In addition to this commitment from Daktronics Inc., the company had cash in hand of £1.63m at the end of August 2025, and as such the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Having considered these factors, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
