These financial statements have therefore not been prepared on a going concern basis, as per last year's financial statements, hence tangible fixed assets remained fully written off and we have partially utilised the Other provision; which included severance pay, license termination (software), lease termination, legal costs and dismantling costs. The directors therefore consider it appropriate to prepare these financial statements anticipating that the company will cease to trade in the financial year ending 30 November 2025.
