Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The company meets its day to day working capital requirements through an overdraft facility which is repayable on demand. A detailed review of the cashflow across the group is completed on a regular basis to ensure there is sufficient cash to meet commitments in each company as they fall due. The company is profitable and continues to be profitable post year end. As at the date of signing there is no evidence to suggest that any of the banking facilities will be withdrawn. The group is within their overdraft limit and are deemed to have sufficient liquidity to continue as a going concern.”
Significant events
- “Revenue has decreased by 8.4%. This has occurred due to a decrease in trade in the United Kingdom.”
- “Administrative expenses have experienced a 19.2% increase. There has been a general increase in expenses across the board, including a 7.5% increase in wage costs.”
