“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors have assessed the company's ability to continue as a going concern, considering all available information about the future, including cash flow forecasts for the next 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. They have also considered the loan from a Group company of £3,249,992 that is included within creditors due within one year for which there is an offer from that Group company to extend repayment of the loan for a further year if required. Based on this assessment, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and do not identify any material uncertainties.”
