“The company continues to see significant growth in customer connections on its full fibre network in line with its business plan. The directors are satisfied with progress to date, notwithstanding the loss sustained in the year to 31 December 2024 of £28,404,240 (2023: £27,746,922), the net current liabilities at 31 December 2024 of £2,495,965 (2023: £1,914,579) and the deficit on shareholders funds of £91,985,493 (2023: £63,581,253). Net current liabilities includes £764,659 (2023: £740,930) of shareholder loans. The net deficit also includes gross borrowings of £143,177,375 (2023: £117,634,203) from Aviva Investors Infrastructure Income No. 6C1 Limited which owns shares in County Broadband Holdings Limited, the parent company. The directors have prepared a detailed business plan and rolling cash flow forecast. The company has access to a facility with Aviva Investors Infrastructure Income No.6C1 Limited of up to £144m. Written confirmation has been provided to confirm that support is available to the company for at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements. On this basis the directors have concluded that the company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future and hence its is appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis in the preparation of these financial statements.”
