“Management have performed an assessment of the Company's current and forecast liquidity position over a twelve month period. A worst-case scenario assessment, considering the entity's operating model and structure, is used to test the resilience of business. After making an assessment, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements to 30 June 2027. For this reason, they continue to adopt, and to consider appropriate, the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. At 31 December 2025, the Company has sufficient cash available to cover its current liabilities.”
