“In light of the positive trading and cash generation projections, projected delivery of financial covenant requirements, and supportive banks, the Board has a high degree of confidence that the company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due and meet its covenant obligations for a period of at least twelve months. The Directors have therefore concluded that the company can continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and accounts.”
