“The directors regularly monitor the Company's financial performance and position, with particular focus on cash flow. Based on the cash flow forecasts, the directors are confident that the Company will be able to meet its financial obligations for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Therefore the directors have, at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
