Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

All assets, liabilities, and operations of the former entity were transferred to the Company at book value. No gain or loss was recognised on this internal transfer. The financial results of the branch are included within these financial statements from 25th June 2024. Comparatives have not been restated, as this represents a change in group structure rather than a business combination or acquisition.”
