“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The business has continued support of the directors and has undergone a period of investment into a new lease for a warehouse, updated systems and processes and invested in research and development. Post year end the business is trading well with strong profits and has been generating cash because of this. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
