Significant events

• “During the year, the directors announced their intention to cease trading. The business transferred its trade assets and liabilities at book value to EcoOnline UK Ltd, a related entity on 30 April 2024. The company is then expected to continue to remain in existence for at least seven years, without any trading activity.”
• “Subsequent to the reporting period, the Company participated in a plan to restructure. Post 30 April 2024, hereby referred to as the "hive-up date", the Company operated under EcoOnline UK Ltd. The transaction is considered a non-adjusting post-balance sheet events under FRS 102, Section 32 "Events after the End of the Reporting Period," and therefore no adjustments have been made to the financial statements for the current period. The restructure is not expected to have a material adverse effect on the Company's financial position.”
