“Notwithstanding that the company net liabilities of €5,517,096 (2022 - €5,413,630) at the balance sheet date, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. At that date the company owed €5,536,878 (2022 - €5,505,569) to its shareholders who have confirmed that they will not seek repayment for the foreseeable future and will continue to support operations of the company as required. Accordingly, the directors consider that the company has adequate funding to meet its financial obligations as they fall due for the foreseeable future.”
