- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “During the year ended 31st January 2026, the company undertook a redundancy programme, the cost reduction benefits of which should be realised going forward.”
- “The ongoing Russia/Ukraine conflict: This ongoing conflict has resulted in going concern continues to be reviewed. Neither Brag London Limited nor the owners are on the sanctions list at the time of this report.”
- “Israel - Gaza, Iran USA and Middle East Conflict - This ongoing conflict has had an impact on some of the distribution and transport cost incurred by the company.”
- “On 25th February 2026, the company reached an agreement with the tax office in Germany regarding the late payment of interest amounting to EUR €54,108 (GBP £45,765). The tax office accepted that the interest does not need to be paid by the company and that no enforcement proceedings will be initiated by the tax office against the company in this regards, hence the future claims have now been reversed.”
