“Having made appropriate enquiries and having reviewed forecasts and projections together with the support from a connected entity under common control, the directors have concluded that the company and group have sufficient resources to continue to trade and to meet their working capital requirements and liabilities as they fall due for a period of 12 months from the date these financial statements are approved and signed.
