“Whilst the company had net current liabilities at the balance sheet date, it is cash generative and has performed well in the period since 31 March 2025. In addition, in the event it should be necessary, the directors have indicated their willingness to support the company and as such the directors believe that the company has sufficient resources to continue operating for at least 12 months commencing from the date of this report. Accordingly, the financial statements have been drawn up on the basis that the company is a going concern.”
