“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Group currently meets its working capital requirements through its cash balances and credit facilities and monitors its cash flow forecasts for the short, medium and long term on an ongoing basis. Based on the Group's forecasts and projections the directors believe they have sufficient facilities to trade through the next twelve months. The directors believe it is appropriate, therefore, to prepare the consolidated financial statements to 31 March 2025 on a going concern basis and the Group and Company will remain solvent in the twelve months after the date of approval of the financial statements.”
