“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. The directors regularly monitor the financial status of the business and sensitised forecasts and cashflow projections indicate an ongoing increase in levels of sales and profitability in the next 24 months and an ongoing positive cash position. They therefore reasonably expect that the company has adequate resources to operate successfully for the foreseeable future and not less than twelve months, at least, from the date of approval of these financial statements. As such, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
