  The Company ceased trading during the period ended 31 January 2024 and, during the period, its remaining assets were transferred to its parent undertaking, JD Sports Fashion Plc except for the intellectual property which was sold to a company outside of the group. The Company no longer carries out trading activities, and its ongoing transactions are limited to rental costs and associated recharges relating to its existing property lease, which remains in place until August 2026. Upon expiry of this lease, the Company is expected to become dormant. In light of the above, the Directors have determined that it is not appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.
