“At 31 May 2025, the Company has net assets of £592,768 (2024 net liabilities - £188,546). The directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, based on its future forecasts and projections, and on receipt of confirmations from group companies that intercompany debt, totalling £2,784,154 (2024 - £4,209,310) at the balance sheet date, will not be called for settlement until the company has the necessary funds to make repayment.”
