“The company has made a loss; however, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has access to adequate resources to continue its operations and have prepared budgets which indicate that profits will be made in future years. The directors have considered cashflow forecasts to the period to December 2026. They have also received assurances from the company's shareholder that it will continue to support the company's development for the foreseeable future. This is evidenced by the revolving credit facility that has been made available to the company from Imperial College London and recently extended July 2028.”
