  Based on their enquiries and EchoStar Corporation's indications of its intention to support the company, the directors believe that it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis as they have concluded that the company's financial position means that this is realistic for at least a year from the date of approval of the financial statements (the going concern assessment period). However, the above circumstances indicate the existence of a material uncertainty related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern and, therefore, that the company may be unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business.
