  We draw attention to Note 1(b) in the financial statements, which indicates that the Group is reliant on future fundraising within the next 12 months to meet overheads and planned discretionary project expenditure and to maintain the Group and Company as going concerns. Although the Company has been successful in raising finance in the past, there is no assurance that it will obtain adequate finance in the future. As stated in Note 1(b), these events or conditions, along with the other matters as set forth in that note, indicate that a material uncertainty exists which may cast significant doubt on the Group's and Parent Company's ability to continue as a going concern and, therefore, that they may be unable to realise their assets and discharge their liabilities in the normal course of business. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter.
