• “On the finalisation of a consultation on the future of the Grangemouth site, which began on 29 February 2024 and concluded on 15 April 2024, the decision was made to transfer manufacturing at the site to another FUJIFILM company. Production at the Grangemouth site ceased on 2 August 2024 and the site began the process of being fully decommissioned.”
• “During the year the company received a series of capital injections from FUJIFILM Corporation: on 17 June 2024 the company received a capital injection of £95.0m; on 20 September 2024 company received a capital injection of £3.0m; on 14 March 2025 company received a capital injection of £3.0m; These amounts were used to settle, in full, an outstanding loan balance of £89.8m from another group company and the remainder of these monies are being used for the day to day cashflow needs of the company and facilitating the orderly cessation of manufacturing at the Grangemouth site”
