“Having made the requisite enquiries and assessed the resources at the disposal of the company, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will have adequate resources to continue its operation for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. In addition, the company's ultimate shareholders Brookfield Property Partners LP and Qatar Investment Authority have confirmed that they have the intent and ability to provide such financial support to the Stork Holdco LP Group and its wholly owned subsidiaries to meet their liabilities if required for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approving these financial statements. Accordingly, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
