Material uncertainty over going concern
We draw attention to the going concern accounting policy in Note 2 of these financial statements, which indicates that the group incurred a net loss of £530,488 during the year ended 31 March 2024. Management figures to the end of February 2025 show that the group's current liabilities exceed its total current assets. In response, management has implemented changes to improve profitability, including staffing adjustments, system efficiencies, and better alignment with market demand. While we are satisfied that the company can secure additional funding to meet its working capital requirements, there is uncertainty over the level of performance that will be achieved over the next 12 months. The uncertainties in conditions indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter.
