  Material uncertainty over going concern

  Management do however recognise that there is a fundamental uncertainty over the company's ability to continue as a going concern for the period of 12 months from the date the accounts were approved. This uncertainty has mainly arisen in the period after 31st March 2025 due to a decrease in turnover, which was driven by an increase in void periods. Following a period of rapid growth, fixed costs had increased to a level that was not sustainable with such void periods, so at the date of approval of these financial statements management acknowledge that there is a risk that the company could become insolvent in the next 12 months. To mitigate this risk, management have committed to reduce and closely manage ongoing costs whilst making every effort to increase turnover.
