“The Company made a loss for the year of $2,217 (2023: loss of $13,025). The directors have assessed the Company's financial position at year end and its ability to continue as a going concern and have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. In doing this, they have considered the results for the period, expectations of future trading and the availability of continued funding. On the basis of this information the directors are satisfied that the Company will continue as a going concern and so the financial statements have been prepared on this basis.”
