“In determining the appropriate basis of preparation of the Financial Statements, the directors are required to consider whether the Company can continue in operational existence over the period to 30 June 2026 (the 'going concern period'). The Board of Directors has conducted a review of the going concern assumption, considering all relevant information available up to the date the annual report is issued and taking into account all available information about the future. Net current liabilities comprise accruals for expenditures paid on behalf of the Company by subsidiaries of the parent company, DNO ASA, that has not yet been recharged. The Directors will be reliant on support from the parent company to settle these liabilities when they become payable. The Company has received confirmation from DNO ASA of continued support to 30 June 2026. The directors have assessed the ability of DNO ASA to provide support until 30 June 2026, should it be required. Having reviewed the financial position of DNO ASA, and made suitable enquiries, the directors are satisfied that the financial statements should be prepared on a going concern basis.”
