“At 31 December 2025 the company had net current liabilities of $270,987 (2024: net current assets of $107,896) and net liabilities of $420,745 (2024: net assets of $7,869). The company is dependent on its ultimate parent, Molibdenos y Metales SA, for funding. The directors have received an undertaking from the parent company that it will continue to make available such funds as are necessary to enable it to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from approval of these financial statements.”
