At the year end, the company had net assets of £6.9 million (2024: net liabilities of £4.5 million), representing a substantial strengthening of its balance sheet position. The company is profitable and maintains adequate financial resources. Based on current forecasts and cash flow projections, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has sufficient resources to continue operations for the foreseeable future, being at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the directors considered it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
