“After making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue as a going concern for the going concern period to 31 August 2027. The directors have considered that despite the cessation of trade after expiry of the EPSA on 31 May 2017, the Company has sufficient resources to meet its financial obligations over the going concern period. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the report and financial statements as at 31 December 2025.”
