“The company does not have sufficient income, based on our current revenue and expenditures, and is therefore dependent upon DBSD and EchoStar for future funding. After making enquiries, the director has a reasonable expectation that DBSD and EchoStar will provide the company with adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the company continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
