The directors are satisfied that the company has adequate financial resources including access to Eni Group financial resources, to continue to operate for the foreseeable future being not less than twelve months from the date of signing these financial statements and meet its obligations as they fall due. As a consequence, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company is well placed to manage its business risks and generate sufficient funds to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future being not less than twelve months from the date of signing of these financial statements. Accordingly, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
