Material uncertainty over going concern
following the acquisition of IETG Ltd by SOCOTEC UK on 31 October 2023 the company has been integrated into the wider SOCOTEC UK business. The trade and assets of IETG Limited were hived up into SOCOTEC UK on 31 March 2025, as a result of the hive up IETG Limited became a dormant company on 1 April 2025. As stated in note 2.3, the directors therefore do not consider it to be appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than going concern.
