“The directors have prepared a going concern assessment for the period to 30 September 2026 which indicate that, the Company will have sufficient funds, through funding from its ultimate parent company, Manchester Airports Holdings Limited, to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that period. Based upon their assessments of the business plan case and the downside scenario detailed above, the directors have concluded that the Group can meet its covenant requirements and maintain sufficient liquidity throughout the going concern period and as such, it is appropriate for the directors to rely on the financial support of the group and therefore adopt the going concern basis for the preparation of these accounts.”
