“The company has prepared cashflow projections for a period of twelve months subsequent to the date of signing the financial statements and these show significant cash reserves throughout the period. Furthermore, the main funder of the company has confirmed that they will continue to fund the company and will not call in any debt in the foreseeable future. On this basis, the director considers that the financial resources available to the company are adequate to meet its operational needs for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the going concern basis has been adopted in preparing the financial statements.”
