“The parent company Setco Automotive Limited, has confirmed that it will provide adequate working capital facilities to enable the company to trade and meet its obligations as they fall due for at least the next twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. It has also subordinated amounts owed to it in favour of amounts owed to external creditors. Consequently, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare these financial statements on a going concern basis. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that would result from a withdrawal of this support.”
