“The company continues to rely on the ultimate parent Company, Lunar Energy, Inc, for financial support. The company meets its day-to-day working capital requirements through the cash resources within the Lunar Energy, Inc. Group. The company has drawn up budgets and cash flow forecasts, which show that it has sufficient cash reserves to continue as a going concern and meet its liabilities as they fall due, subject to the continued financial support of the ultimate parent Company. The ultimate parent Company has signed a letter of support that it will provide financial support to allow the company to meet its financial obligations as they fall due and continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements.”
