Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

“The directors have prepared monthly cash flow forecasts for 2025 and then yearly forecasts from 2026 until 2028 and stress tested these for reasonably possible alternative scenarios as well as considering severe or worst case positions. The company sells into various markets and the directors have considered potential impacts from a sustained loss in demand from these markets. Visibility of projects within our core cables business supports the underlying profitability of our business. In addition continued raw material cost increases have been considered and the ability to maintain margins evaluated in light of these. These scenarios show the business will remain profitable and the company will have sufficient liquidity to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Based on the above, the directors believe that it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “Since the invasion of Ukraine by Russian troops in 2022 challenges in raw material pricing and availability, higher energy costs, high interest rates and the cost of living crisis have impacted the business.”
- “A number of large investments have been identified for 2025 through 2026, these will support our move towards sustainability, provide support against supply chain challenges and enable further growth”
