• “During April & May 2026 two groups of shipping lines were purchased By CLdN RoRo Ltd from CLdN RoRo S.A.. at a cost of £127 million. During April six additional shipping lines were acquired by the company and in May a further another nine lines bought by the business. 32 vessels will operate these routes some of which are chartered in form the wider group. On 29 June 2026, the Company acquired the Samskip's quay to quay and door to door business. Under this arrangement, Time Charter contracts for 5 vessels were taken over.”
